We value your privacy which is why our packaging doesn’t have any signs or labels that indicate the content of your package is cannabis related. When it comes to all your personal and purchasing information, We keep it securely kept in our encrypted back end software to ensure that our customers’ privacy is protected at all times. Is it safe to order online?

As of now it’s legal to get medical marijuana mailed to your door and be in possession of Cannabis in Canada. We are one of 150+ dispensaries in B.C. area (over 200 in Canada) that are NOT operating under the federally-approved medical marijuana system.  City Hall and most police authorities have allowed dispensaries to proliferate so people can safely access medicine, so long as there are no sales to minors or any organized crime affiliations. BC residents has been shipping cannabis in the mail since the 90’s and before, to date we know of no-one who has ever been charged with receiving cannabis in the mail. Yes! We take all our product images in house, unless it is supplied from another product vender. Images are meant to be as true to the actual look and colour of the product.

The Cannabis Grading System

The cannabis grading system – A grading system used to rate the quality of the flower. The system is subjective and is best used to describe the qualities of the flower in terms of look, feel, smell and taste. Low tier would start at (A) all the way to high tier/topshelf (AAAA). AA – Decent appearance, busts up dusty and slightly sticky.  Smokes fair with ash decently clean.  Small nose. AAA – A nicer appearance.  Lots of trichomes.  A strong nose and sticky. Good Smoke with clean ash. AAAA – Powerful aroma and strong nose. Sticky to the touch and sticky when it busts.  Tastes like it smells.  Clean and slow burning with an accompanying white ash and pleasant aftertaste.

What is our options to pay?

Payment is made using Interac E-transfer. If you use online banking with a Canadian bank or credit union, then sending a transfer takes just a couple of minutes. Instructions will be provided with your online invoice and orders ship only after E-Transfer have been received. If we receive your payment by 12pm PST, your order ships that business day, or else it ships the next business day. We also accept the worlds top crypto currencies. Bitcoin, XRP, Litecoin.

I sent my E-Transfer, Whats next?

Once you’ve placed your order, the next step in the process will be to submit an Interac E-transfer or Crypto Payment. Your order will be kept on hold till we receive your payment. If we do not receive your payment within 2 days, your order will be canceled.

What happens if I don’t submit a payment?

No payment received, no order will be processed.

How is my order packaged?

All packages are discreet and smell proof. Product is first placed in a zip-lock bag, which is then double vacuum sealed to eliminated odors and seal in freshness. Product is then placed in a discreet unmarked parcel with a shipping label. Extra care is always taken to ensure there is no smell or appearance of the contents within the package.

How do I order?

1. Browse Inventory: Locate the products you are interested in ordering. 2. Add To Cart: Click on the desired product(s), choose your quantity then click “Add to Cart”. 3. Checkout: When you have all your products in your shopping cart, and are ready to Checkout, click on the shopping cart icon (top-right of your screen) and you will be redirected to the View Cart page. 4. Enter Discount Code: Check to see if everything looks right, if you have a coupon code, enter in the code and click Apply Coupon. When you’re ready click on the green Proceed to Checkout button. 5. Login Or Register: In the Checkout page, you will need to login with your email address and password. If this is your first time registering with us, you will need to provide your email and choose a password and an account will be set up for you. 6. Accept Terms & Condition: Once you’ve filled in all the required fields, you’ll need to accept the Terms and Conditions (located on the bottom of the page) then click “Place Order” 7.Payment Instructions: On the Checkout Confirmation page, you will see your order number and instructions on sending an Interac E-transfer. Orders only ship after E-transfer has been received. 8. Xpresspost Tracking: Once we collect your E-Transfer, your order will be processed and will ship the following business day. We’ll email your Xpresspost tracking number as soon as its available.

My package is being shipped to the wrong destination!

If your tracking information is showing your package shipping the wrong direction, it’s most likely due to human error at Canada Post. This can cause a delay of 1-2 days.

The tracking number says my package has been delivered but it’s not here.

The postal worker may have scanned your package as delivered before they have actually dropped it off. Keep an eye out for the rest of the day.

What are shipping costs?

Orders over 150$ we provide FREE shipping, and under $150 is $15 dollar flat rate. Which is shipped by Canada Post (Only within Canada) XPRESS Shipping and a tracking number will be emailed after your order ships. You will receive your order in 2-4 business days. Please allow an extra couple of business days if you live in a remote area. Your first delivery is guaranteed (except for residents of Yukon, Nunavut, Northern Quebec or if you provide an inaccurate/incomplete address).  WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR RETURNED MAIL DUE TO INCORRECT/INCOMPLETE ADDRESS (NO REFUNDS)

How to use a Variable Voltage Vape Pen.

They are easy to use! 1. Press the button 5 times to Activate or Disable the Vape Pen. (this is a safe way to know it wont turn on if its in your pocket) 2.Once activated you select what voltage you want by pressing the button three times quickly.  Low – Smaller cloud more flavour Medium – Larger cloud less flavour High – We recommend you DO NOT use high as it can burn the terpenes, and clog up the coil in the cartridge. 3. Once you are on the correct voltage hold the button and draw from the vape (let go of the button when you are done) De-activate when done dosing.  The Vapes also have an extra preheat function but it is rarely ever needed to be used.
